Getting started is easy and there's no fee to sign up. Simply visit our Agent Registration page or give us a call. We'll discuss your needs and guide you through the next steps to begin streamlining your transactions.

Just send us the executed purchase agreement and your preferred contact info for all parties involved. We'll take it from there — setting up the file, reaching out to title, lender, and the other agent, and building out the timeline. Most agents are surprised by how little they need to do once we're on it.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can try us on a single transaction and see the difference for yourself. Most agents who try one transaction end up sending us all of them — but there's zero pressure.

All document drafting and signature requests come directly from you — the agent. Your clients see your name on everything that matters. Email correspondence about scheduling, updates, and coordination comes from our team using our own domain and branding. The Minnesota Department of Commerce requires that we don't impersonate a licensed agent in communication, so we're transparent about who we are while keeping you front and center on all documents.

Our team-based approach means you may work with different coordinators, but this is by design. It ensures we can provide coverage during all of our hours — including nights and weekends — without gaps. Every team member has full access to your transaction details, so there's never a loss of context or continuity.

Yes. We are deliberately unlicensed, which means we can work with any agent at any brokerage without restrictions. We don't negotiate on your behalf, and we fully respect and maintain confidentiality across all transactions.

We handle residential, commercial, and investment property transactions. Our team is equipped to manage the unique requirements of each type.

We provide regular updates through your preferred communication method — email, phone, or text. You'll always know the status of your transaction. Our team proactively flags upcoming deadlines and potential issues before they become problems.

Our standard fee is $350 per file, payable only if it closes. If you add our MLS listing service, there's an additional $100. For customized quotes based on your volume or specific needs, contact us and we'll put together a detailed estimate.

No. Our fee is only due upon successful closing. If the deal falls through, you don't owe us a thing. We believe in delivering value and only getting paid for results.

Yes. We offer competitive pricing for high-volume and repeat clients. Contact us to discuss your transaction volume and we'll put together a custom package.

We're available seven days a week:

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

For urgent matters outside these hours, we do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Real estate doesn't always stick to a 9-to-5 schedule, and we understand that.

Our team is built for speed. Most email inquiries get a response within 15 minutes. Offers are typically returned in under one hour, and MLS listings are handled in under two hours. Response times may vary during peak volume, but speed is one of our core commitments.

We proudly serve all of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our remote capabilities allow us to effectively manage transactions regardless of your location within these states.
