While you may not always work with the same Transaction Coordinator, our team-based approach ensures consistent, top-tier service. This allows us to be available during all our promised hours, ensuring that you receive the support you need when you need it, while also taking great care of our team.
Our standard fee is $350 per file, payable only if it closes. If you opt for our MLS listing service, there is an additional charge of $100. For customized quotes tailored to your specific needs, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a detailed estimate.
No, you don’t owe us anything if the transaction doesn’t close. We believe in delivering value and ensuring your satisfaction, so our fee is only applicable upon the successful closing of the file. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing you’re only paying for results.

Our team is available to assist you every day of the week. Our hours are:

  • Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
We understand that real estate transactions can sometimes require attention outside of regular business hours. While our official hours are listed, we strive to provide support as needed and will respond to urgent inquiries as promptly as possible.
